 The
recently refurbished accommodation
is luxurious and the views magnificent. It is only a one minute
walk to the beach.There is
 ample
parking for 4 cars at the rear, and a split-level slate patio
with barbeque and large balcony facing the beach. The accommodation
consists of two double bedrooms with 6' wide zip/link beds, one
with en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony, three twin
bedrooms and one bunk room with additional single bed and full
size 'pull-out' bed. There are two further bathrooms and two
shower rooms. In addition two of the bathrooms also have
 showers.
The
hot water system has been
specially designed to service these facilities. Sitting rooms
are on the ground and first floors, to take advantage of the
stunning views from the balcony. The kitchen/dining room and
utility room are very well equipped, including a four oven Aga,
additional double electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge,
freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, and facilities
to rinse and hang wetsuits.
Other
facilities include a payphone,
central heating, wood-burning stove, digital Sky television with
eight TVs, 2 videos, DVD player, music centre, ironing facilities, hair
drier, electric shaving points, food processor and high chair.
Cots are available to hire. Linen and bath towels are provided
(but not swimming towels)and there is plenty of drying space
in a large walk-in airing cupboard

The
coach house enjoys the same
superb position as the main house, and has also been recently
refurbished. There is parking for one car at the rear, and a
small patio with access to an area of lawn which is shared with
the house.
