Bookings run from Friday to Friday with the exception of mid and low season short breaks by agreement. Both properties are available from 4 pm. on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am. on your day of departure. N.B. Electricity and water are included in the rent for the Coach House. In Atlantic View the electricity, water and oil meters will be read after departure and you will be billed separately for services used.

• Contact us by e-mail or fax to confirm that the property and dates that you require are available. If you have submitted the booking request from this web site, we will confirm your booking by telephone and e-mail prior to any financial transaction.
• Complete the booking request in full and submit it. When we confirm your reservation you will need to send a 25% deposit to secure your booking. We will hold your reservation for 7 days pending receipt of your deposit. If we do not hear from you, then your reservation will become void. Cheques should be made payable to: J.W.P. & Dr.S.E. Garthwaite.
• Bookings from persons outside the U.K. must be accompanied by a cheque drawn from a U.K. bank or by sterling draft.
• Upon receipt of your booking request and deposit, we will forward full confirmation of your booking including details of monies received and the balance due which we must receive no later than 6 weeks before your arrival. Failure to supply the due balance by the specified time will forfeit your booking and deposit.
• We advise that if you do not already hold a suitable travel insurance policy to cover your holiday you take out insurance to cover cancellation in the event of illness or other unforeseen circumstance.
• Please remember to add £200 per week for the main house and £100 for the Coach House per week which is fully refundable at departure, after inspection, should there be no breakages or damage.
